Rahul is an associate at Grillo Barristers P.C.. Rahul obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario, before joining Grillo Barristers P.C. as an Articling Student. Before law school, Rahul graduated with Distinction from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science and Psychology.
During law school, Rahul worked as a Researcher with Professor Richard H. McLaren. Rahul was the Lead Researcher for the Innovative Dispute Resolution: The Alternative publication. Rahul fostered his interest in advocacy by competing in various moots at law school including being a representative for Western at an External Moot Competition.
Rahul’s background in law and life sciences along with his experience working at an out-patient walk-in clinic provides him with a unique perspective when analyzing legal issues and understanding client injuries.
During his articles, Rahul appeared on motions and hearings before the Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court. Rahul aims to work with clients from the outset of their claim and looks to provide them with support and guidance throughout the various stages of litigation.
Rahul is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi. In his free time, Rahul enjoys riding his motorcycle, playing basketball and ball hockey, and spending time with friends and family.
