Laura received her LL.B. from the University of London and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012. She graduated from York University with a B.A. in Political Science in 2001.
Prior to joining Grillo Law, Laura practiced exclusively in the area of Personal Injury litigation, representing victims of sexual abuse, assault, motor vehicle accidents and slip and falls. Before Laura’s call to the Bar, she was employed with the Department of Justice Canada, Aboriginal Law Division IRS, for 10 years, as a senior paralegal assisting counsel in defending civil lawsuits against the Government of Canada.
Laura is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association as well as the Toronto Lawyers Association and is fluent in Italian.
