If you have been injured as a passenger on a TTC vehicle, or if you have been involved in an accident with a TTC vehicle, you may be entitled to compensation for your injuries. TTC vehicles include buses, trains, streetcars, and Wheel-Trans. Accident Benefits Claim<\/h2>\n

If you have been injured in an accident while riding a TTC vehicle, you may be entitled to accident benefits. Accident benefits can include medical and rehabilitation benefits, income replacement, and non-earner benefits, among others. Generally, there must be an actual collision\/impact involving a TTC vehicle in order for you to claim accident benefits as a passenger.<\/a><\/p>\n
