News: Car overturns in Burlington, sending driver to hospital  

BURLINGTON, ON – A driver was sent to a hospital for minor wounds after their car overturned after hitting a snowbank on Queen Elizabeth Way Sunday night. 

The solo collision happened after 7 p.m. along the exit to North Shore Boulevard, according to Burlington’s Ontario Provincial Police. Preliminary details suggest the motorist was trying to get out of an exit lane at the last second. The driver lost control of their car, leading to the wreck. 

Fire crews also responded to the scene. It’s unclear if extrication was required. 

Authorities confirmed the driver is not expected to face charges.
