News: Man, woman injured in pedestrian crash in Scarborough 

SCARBOROUGH, ON – An elderly man and woman were injured in a pedestrian crash that happened in the West Hill area Tuesday, Toronto City News reports.

The man and woman were hit by a vehicle around noon in the area of Kingston Road and Morningside Avenue. EMS crews rushed to the scene and transported the man and woman to a hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

Officers shut down westbound Kingston Road along Morningside for the scene clean-up process and investigation. All lanes have reopened since.

Police have not announced any charges at this time.
