MISSISSAUGA, ON – A 22-year-old man was killed in a motorcycle crash that occurred along the Toronto International Airport on Sunday.
Peel Regional Police told GlobalNews that the motorcyclist, the 22-year-old man, collided with another vehicle at the intersection of Airport Road and Orlando Drive.
Police and first responders pulled up to the scene after 9:00 p.m. and said the motorcyclist was left in critical condition. Medics transported the young man to a trauma centre, where he later died.
As of this writing, authorities have not specified how the crash unfolded or whether the other driver will face charges.
Officials enacted lane closures and have reopened the area since.
