News: Man in 60s injured in auto-pedestrian collision in North York 

NORTH YORK, ON – A man in his 60s was injured in an auto-pedestrian collision that took place along Humber Valley Golf Course on Thursday. 

The man was struck by a vehicle while walking in the area of Weston Road and Sheppard Avenue West, according to CTV News. The collision occurred around 6 p.m. and warranted a quick response from EMS crews, who took the pedestrian to a hospital. 

The pedestrian is recovering from non-life-threatening injuries. 

Toronto police said the driver remained at the scene and did not report any citations or pending charges. 

Police are actively working to determine the events that led to the collision.
