News: 3, including pedestrian, hospitalized after crash near Toronto Int. Airport 

MISSISSAUGA, ON – Three people, including a female pedestrian, were sent to the hospital after a multi-vehicle crash that took place north of the Toronto International Airport on Sunday.

The incident happened before 6:45 p.m. at the intersection of Redfox Road and Reindeer Drive, according to CTV News. The female pedestrian, 46, was loading items onto a vehicle when she was struck by another vehicle.

The 46-year-old woman and the two men inside the other vehicle were transported to the hospital. The woman sustained serious injuries, and one man suffered critical injuries.

The woman and man appeared to have gotten better, as now their injuries are listed as non-life-threatening.

It’s unclear if the third man was injured, but he was taken to the hospital as a precaution.

Officials confirmed all three occupants stayed at the scene.

Police temporarily closed the area for the on-scene investigation.
