News: 2 hospitalized after 2-car rollover crash in Annex neighborhood

TORONTO, ON – Paramedics rushed two people to the hospital following a two-vehicle crash in Toronto’s Annex neighborhood yesterday afternoon, CP24 reports.

Toronto police say they were called to the intersection of Bathurst Street and Dupont Street at about 5:15 p.m. Tuesday.

Paramedics transported two people to medical facilities. One person was taken to a local trauma center with serious but not life-threatening injuries.

Footage from the scene shows a grey Porsche sedan with damage to the hood and an initial impact mark on its back driver’s side. A white Hyundai compact SUV overturned onto its roof. It had an extensive impact mark on its front driver’s side bumper and cowling.

The collision closed Bathurst Street between Vermont Avenue and Olive Avenue for some time afterwards.
