News: Man loses life in bicycle-vehicle crash in Hamilton 

HAMILTON, ON – A man’s life was claimed in a bicycle-vehicle crash in Hamilton that happened outside Pros Golf Centre on Saturday.

Police told CTV News that around 11 p.m.,  a male cyclist, traveling north, was struck by a vehicle in the area of Upper Centennial Parkway and Green Mountain Road.

The cyclist unfortunately died from his injuries at the scene.

Officials shut down Upper Centennial Parkway between Ridge Road and Green Mountain Road for several hours to accommodate the on-scene clean-up process.

At this time, police do not suspect alcohol and speeding were factors in the bicycle-vehicle crash.
