NORTH YORK, ON – Two men in their 30s and two young boys were sent to a local hospital following a hit-and-run crash outside LindyLou Park on Sunday.
The collision took place after 1:00 p.m. at the intersection of Weston Road and Lanyard Road, according to CTV News. Once the vehicles collided, the hit-and-run suspect fled the scene prior to officers and EMS crews arriving.
The two men and boys, a 10-month-old boy and an 11-year-old boy, were hospitalized for non-life-threatening injuries.
Toronto police believe the hit-and-run suspect is a man between 20 and 25 years old who wore dark jeans, a black hoodie, and a white T-shirt with blood on it.
Police launched an investigation and urged the public to contact them immediately if they have any information on the suspect’s whereabouts or on the hit-and-run crash as a whole.
