BURLINGTON, ON – Ontario Provincial Police were called to the scene of a wreck late Thursday on Queen Elizabeth Way in Burlington’s Appleby area, according to OPP GTA Traffic.
Officials said the collision unfolded at about 11:27 p.m., on the westbound lanes at Appleby Line (Exit 107).
Very few details have been made available at this time, but part of westbound QEW was shut down for an extended time.
at 2:56 a.m., more than three hours later, all westbound lanes in the area were reopened to the public.
