News: Collision reported on Hwy 401 Express near North York General Hospital

TORONTO, ON — Ontario Provincial Police were called to a crash late last Thursday, February 15, that partially blocked Highway 401 Express near North York General Hospital, according to OPP GTA Traffic.

The accident unfolded on the westbound highway approaching Leslie Street (exit 373), in Toronto’s North York district. OPP arrived in the area some time before 11:19 p.m.

Details remain limited, but the two right westbound lanes were closed for just over 50 minutes, suggesting a more involved emergency response.
