News: Driver Involved in Four Collisions in Toronto on Christmas Eve, Including TTC Bus Crash

TORONTO, ON – A driver in Toronto was involved in a series of collisions, culminating in a crash with a Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) bus at Sheppard Avenue East and Havenview Road on Sunday evening. according to CTV News.

The driver, operating a Toyota Matrix, first collided with a TTC bus and then crashed into a Dodge Ram pickup truck and a Toyota Highlander at the intersection of Markham Road and Sheppard Avenue East.

The unidentified driver was reportedly traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes on Sheppard Avenue East, beginning near Meadowvale Road. The collision with the TTC bus occurred about seven kilometers away at Havenview Road, west of Markham Road.

In a statement released on Sunday, the police reported that the Toyota Matrix driver was transported to a local trauma center with life-threatening injuries.
