AJAX, ON – A 77-year-old man was killed in a pedestrian-vehicle collision that happened in the Pickering Village in Ajax on Tuesday, CP24 reports.

The 77-year-old male pedestrian was struck by a southbound Hyundai sedan around 10:30 p.m. at the intersection of Westney Road South and Bramwell Drive.

EMS rushed the male pedestrian to a hospital, where he later died.

The 22-year-old female driver was not injured.
