TORONTO, ON – A crash involving a transport truck Wednesday afternoon in Toronto’s North York district left at least one person injured, according to CityNews Everywhere.
The accident took place at the intersection of Steeles Avenue West and Fenmar Drive, in the Humber Summit neighborhood. Toronto Police responded to the area shortly after 12:00 p.m.
Officials continue to investigate what led up to the wreck, but at least one of the two involved vehicles overturned.
First responders confirmed that at least one man was transported to a local hospital, but the extent of the patient’s injuries has not been specified.
Motorists were warned of road closures and delays impacting the area.
No charges have been reported as of this writing.
