TORONTO, ON – A motorcyclist was critically injured in a crash involving at least one other driver Sunday night, April 28, in Toronto’s East Danforth neighborhood, reports CP24.
Toronto police responded to the scene in the area of Woodbine Avenue and Danforth Avenue some time after 9:00 p.m.
An investigation into the circumstances of the accident remains underway, but paramedics confirmed that an adult male patient was transported to an area trauma centre for life-threatening injuries, which may include head trauma.
The number of involved vehicles remains unclear, and no charges or infractions were immediately reported.
A section of Danforth Avenue was blocked off from Woodbine Avenue to Cedarvale Avenue to accommodate the emergency response.
