News: Officials called to pedestrian crash involving GO train in Liberty Village  

TORONTO, ON – Officials were summoned to the scene of a pedestrian crash involving a GO train that occurred in Liberty Village Monday.

CTV News reported the crash before 12:30 a.m., saying the pedestrian was struck by the train west of the Liberty Village Station.

Train services resumed. At the time of the reporting, authorities told the public to expect delays that lasted 20 to 25 minutes due to the standard scene clearance and investigation.

As of this writing, authorities did not disclose the exact cause of the crash, report any charges, or said if anyone was injured.
