News: Officials close Gardiner Expy. due to 9-vehicle collision in Toronto 

TORONTO, ON – Officials had to shut down the Gardiner Expressway’s Jarvis Street on Tuesday due to a nine-vehicle collision, CTV News reports.

Law enforcement and crews responded to the scene before 8:45 a.m. and said at least one trash truck was involved. Several airbags were deployed.

Despite the nature of the crash, the occupants were spared from serious injuries.

At this time, officials have not disclosed the exact cause of the collision.
