News: Person in critical condition after pedestrian crash in Hamilton 

HAMILTON, ON – A person was left in critical condition after a pedestrian crash that happened in Crown Point East on Monday. 

CTV News said the pedestrian was struck by a Mazda CX-30 while crossing the intersection of Barton Street East and Rosslyn Avenue North. The collision happened after 5 p.m. and warranted a quick response from EMS crews, who took the pedestrian to the hospital. 

Hamilton police were the first responders and confirmed the driver stayed at the scene. At this time, officers have not specified how the collision unfolded or if anyone will face charges.
