News: Solo crash on ON 401 in Mississauga claims driver’s life 

MISSISSAUGA, ON – A driver of a car passed away following a solo collision on Highway 401 West near Renforth Drive Friday. 

This crash happened before 8:30 p.m., according to CP24. Ontario Provincial Police declared the driver dead at the scene after arriving. 

In addition, officers and crews shut down the westbound lanes and collector lanes at Highway 427. 

Police have not specified the exact cause of this collision nor provided additional commentary with respect to Friday’s wreck.
