News: T-bone collision in Etobicoke sends motorcyclist to hospital

ETOBICOKE, ON – A motorcyclist was sent to a hospital for life-threatening injuries following a T-bone collision that happened Sunday.

Toronto police told Toronto City News that the crash unfolded after the driver of a black Honda Civic was turning left at the intersection of Humberline Drive and Albion Road and collided with a black BMW motorcycle. Officers said the driver was going east on Albion and the motorcyclist west on Albion when the two individuals collided.

Officers have identified the motorcyclist as a 21-year-old man and the driver as a 36-year-old man.

The driver remained at the scene and seemed to have been spared from serious injuries.

Police are continuing to investigate the details behind the crash and have not released other information.
