News: Vehicle downs two light posts in Little Tibet, driver hospitalized

TORONTO, ON — Authorities responded to an collision Saturday morning in the Little Tibet area of Toronto that knocked down two light posts and sent a driver to the hospital, according to CP24.

The collision unfolded near Lake Shore Boulevard and Jameson Avenue and was first reported at around 6:00 a.m.

No information regarding the events leading up to the wreck has been released, but first responders transported one person to an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries after a vehicle struck and caused two light posts to collapse.

Three westbound lanes of Lake Shore Boulevard were blocked during the emergency response and initial investigation.

No other vehicles appear to have been involved.
