News: Woman, 70, killed in pedestrian-auto collision in Hamilton 

HAMILTON, ON – A 70-year-old female pedestrian lost her life after getting struck by a vehicle in the Crown Point East neighbourhood on Monday.

The pedestrian-auto collision occurred after 11:30 a.m. near Barton Street East and Kenilworth Avenue North, according to CTV News.

EMS crews rushed the 70-year-old woman to a hospital, where she later died.

Police confirmed the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.

A full investigation is underway.
