News: 1 hurt, another critically in two-vehicle crash in Mississauga 

MISSISSAUGA, ON – One person sustained minor injuries, and another suffered critical injuries in a two-vehicle crash that happened in Mississauga on Monday, CP24 said.

The collision occurred at the intersection of Mississauga Road and Beaverbrook Way and warranted a response from Peel Regional Police, who arrived at the scene before 6:30 p.m.

Ambulance personnel also responded to the scene and transported a woman to a trauma centre for treatment of critical injuries, and another woman to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

Police said they put a man in custody, but did not specify what role he played in the crash or whether he would face any charges.
