News: 1 in critical condition after three-vehicle crash in North Brampton 

NORTH BRAMPTON, ON – One person was left in critical condition and another sustained minor injuries as a result of a three-vehicle crash in North Brampton on Monday.

The three vehicles collided near the intersection of Countryside Drive and Moldovan Drive, according to CP24. According to a CTV photo, it appeared that out of the three vehicles, a white sedan and a black minivan crashed head-on. Both were left with significant front-end damage.

Peel Regional Police and emergency medical services responded to the scene before 5 p.m. A medical helicopter was also summoned to the scene and airlifted a female driver to a trauma center for treatment of critical injuries.

The person with minor injuries was transported by ground to a hospital.

Police issued temporary road closures to accommodate the scene clean-up process and investigation.
