News: 1 killed, 16 hurt in 8-vehicle crash along Cambridge’s Puslinch Lake 

CAMBRIDGE, ON – One person’s life was claimed and 16 others were injured in an eight-vehicle crash along Puslinch Lake on Saturday. 

The collision, which involved a transport truck, occurred around 12:30 p.m. on Highway 401 near Townline Road, according to CBC

EMS crews transported 17 people to the hospital. One of the drivers, who was in critical condition, succumbed to their injuries. 

Police have not specified the events leading to the crash or reported any citations or charges. 

A full investigation is underway.
