WHITBY, ON – A 23-year-old man passed away, and a man and woman in their early 20s were hospitalized after a rollover crash at the ON 401 and Brock Street connector Friday.
This collision occurred on the eastbound lanes, according to CBC. After arriving, Ontario Provincial Police said the 23-year-old man succumbed to fatal wounds at the scene.
The two other occupants, a 20-year-old woman and a man, also 23, were set to receive treatment for non-life-threatening wounds.
Authorities said all ON 401 lanes and the off-ramp reopened, while the off-ramp connecting to Brock Street remains closed.
Officials have not provided more information regarding this crash nor released the victim’s name.
