News: 3 sent to hospital after 4-vehicle crash in Scarborough 

SCARBOROUGH, ON – Three people were sent to the hospital after a four-vehicle crash that happened along Bendale Park on Sunday, CTV News reports.

The crash occurred around 4 a.m. in the area of Lawrence Avenue East and McCowan Road. Images by the source showed a dark-grey sedan with front-end damage and deployed airbags, and a black SUV.

The impact of the crash left one person with serious, non-life-threatening injuries and two others with non-life-threatening injuries. The seriously injured individual was taken to a trauma centre, while the two others were sent to local hospitals.

Three other people may have been injured, but were not sent to the emergency room.

The cause of the crash remains unclear.
