News: Accident closes sections of Hwy 7 WB in Vaughan

VAUGHAN, ON — Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of a collision Wednesday morning on Highway 7 in southwest Vaughan, according to Trafficnet.ca.

The accident happened on the westbound lanes at Pine Valley Drive, in the Woodbridge community. It was first reported shortly before 10:33 a.m.

Little information has been made available at this time, but officials had bus lanes closed in both directions, and at least the westbound left lane was closed.

Following the event, the cause of the wreck and the number of vehicles involved have not been made public.
