News: Authorities called to collision on westbound Hwy 403 in Mississauga

MISSISSAUGA, ON – A vehicle crash late Thursday afternoon blocked part of Highway 403 in Mississauga, according to CP24.

The accident affected the westbound lanes (Chedoke Expressway) at Central Parkway East and was first reported at about 4:54 p.m.

Authorities have not yet released a statement about the circumstances of the event, but one left westbound lane was shut down because of the scene.

It remains unclear how many vehicles were impacted or whether anyone was hurt and/or had to be taken to a hospital.
