News: Authorities respond to triple-fatal crash on Bovaird Dr W in Brampton

BRAMPTON, ON — Three men have died following a single-vehicle collision early Thursday at a southwest Brampton intersection, according to Global News.

The accident unfolded at Chinguacousy Road and Bovaird Drive West, in the Lundy Village area, prompting an emergency response at about 1:30 a.m.

While the circumstances behind the event have not been specified, two of the victims were trapped inside the vehicle, and a third victim, who appeared to have been ejected during the crash, was found outside of the wreckage.

Peel Regional Police said all three adult males were pronounced deceased at the scene by paramedics.

An investigation into the cause of the crash remains underway.

Motorists were advised that Bovaird Drive between Fletchers Creek Boulevard and Chinguacousy Road was closed for the emergency response and investigation.
