News: Collision involving MTA bus in Mississauga injures 12

TORONTO, ON – A Mississauga Transit bus collided with another vehicle, veering into a ditch at Highway 27 and Dixon Road around 11 a.m. on Tuesday, injuring 12 people.

According to City News, the bus was heading southbound on the highway when it crossed into oncoming traffic, striking the vehicle before landing in the ditch.

The bus driver sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries, while the other driver suffered minor injuries. Ten passengers with minor injuries were also hospitalized out of the 14 on board.
