News: Driver hurt as car collides with semi in Uxbridge 

UXBRIDGE, ON – A 24-year-old adult driving a black Honda CRV had to go to a trauma centre hospital for serious wounds after colliding with a trash truck Wednesday. 

The events unfolded when the Honda driver had veered into westbound Regional Road 47 (near Paisley Lane) from the eastbound lanes and collided with the truck around 12:20 a.m., CTV News Toronto said. 

Durham Police said the driver remained at the scene and was able to walk away from the collision unharmed. The police department started an investigation but has not released other details at this time.
