OAKVILLE, ON – A driver was rushed to a hospital for treatment of serious wounds after a multi-vehicle collision on Queen Elizabeth Way Tuesday.
This crash occurred on the eastbound lanes in the Toronto direction, CTV News Toronto said.
Police confirmed that no one else was wounded and said criminal charges are pending but have yet to mention the exact number of vehicles involved.
Officers shut down the Toronto-bound lanes after 2 p.m. and left the HOV lane open to accommodate the flow of traffic. Police reopened the area before 7:15 p.m.
