News: Girl, 7, sent to trauma centre after collision with taxi in Etobicoke 

ETOBICOKE, ON – A 7-year-old girl was sent to a trauma centre following a collision involving a taxi in Etobicoke on Monday, CTV News said.

The girl was struck by a taxi after 5:30 p.m. on Bonnyview Drive, near Parklawn Road and The Queensway.

The impact of the crash left the girl with minor injuries, and she was sent to a trauma centre a short time later.

It’s not immediately clear whether the girl was a pedestrian or riding a bicycle or scooter.

Police confirmed the driver stayed at the scene of the crash and have not announced any pending charges against them.
