News: Man, 45, dies several months following Mississauga pedestrian-tow-truck crash 

MISSISSAUGA, ON – A 45-year-old man died seven months following a pedestrian-tow-truck crash in Mississauga.

CTV News said police broke the news on Wednesday that the 45-year-old male pedestrian died in the hospital on July 29 after the crash on Dec. 16.

On the day of the collision, the 45-year-old man was walking in the area of Rathburn Road East and Dixie Road when he was struck by a tow truck.

The man was left in critical condition before ultimately passing away.

The driver, Abner Zuniga, was originally charged with dangerous operation causing bodily harm in March, but has since been charged with dangerous operation causing death.
