News: Man airlifted to hospital after New Tecumseth train-tractor crash 

NEW TECUMSETH, ON – One man was airlifted to a trauma centre after a crash between a Canadian Pacific Train and a farm tractor Wednesday.

The collision happened near the 11th and 12th line, CTV News said. After arriving, medical helicopter personnel transported the man, in his 40s, to the hospital. There, he received treatment for serious injuries.

Police stayed behind and shut down the 11th and 12th lines for the clean-up process and investigation.

Police and Canadian Pacific Train personnel are investigating the specifics of how the crash occurred. No additional details were provided.
