News: Man dies after motorcycle crash on Hurontario St in Brampton

BRAMPTON, ON – Peel Police responded to the scene of a motorcycle accident Sunday afternoon, April 14, in Brampton that fatally injured the rider, a man believed to be in his 50s, according to CityNews Everywhere.

The incident was reported shortly before 3:00 p.m., at the corner of Hurontario Street and Wanless Drive.

Officials have not released a statement regarding the cause or nature of the event, but the motorcyclist was involved in a crash with a car.

He was transported to an area hospital in life-threatening condition and later died from his injuries.

While the other driver stayed at the scene, it’s unclear at this time whether they are expected to be charged or cited for their role in the crash.

Both Hurontario Street and Wanless Drive were blocked off in the area during the response.
