BRAMPTON, ON – A man in his 60s was hospitalized following a scooter crash that happened at the intersection of Vodden Street East and Garfield Crescent on Thursday.

Peel Regional Police told CTV News that the incident unfolded around 9:45 a.m., when the man, who was riding a scooter, crashed into a curb on eastbound Vodden Street.

The man fell off the scooter and was seriously injured. One ambulance rushed him to a hospital, and then another transported him to the trauma centre for treatment of critical injuries.
