News: Man in critical condition, woman arrested following Brampton crash

BRAMPTON, ON — A man suffered life-threatening injuries Sunday morning as a result of a collision in northeast Brampton, according to Global News.

The incident took place in the area of Juliana Square, prompting a response from officers in Peel Region at around 5:00 a.m.

The exact cause and nature of the crash remains under investigation, but a man was transported to a Brampton-area emergency room with critical injuries which emergency room staff determined were caused by a vehicle.

No information about the victim or the driver has been made available, but a woman was arrested following the event.

Officials with the Major Collision Bureau continue to investigate.
