News: Man, woman hospitalized after head-on collision in Brampton 

BRAMPTON, ON – A man and woman had to go to the hospital after a head-on collision south of the Chris Gibson Park on Friday.

The incident occurred around 3:40 a.m. According to CTV News, it appeared a sedan and a pickup truck collided head-on at the intersection of McLaughlin Road and Queen Street.

The impact of the crash left a woman with non-life-threatening injuries and a man with life-threatening injuries. EMS crews rushed them to a trauma centre for treatment.

Officials closed down the intersection and asked drivers to avoid the area as crews worked to restore safe road conditions.
