News: Snowy 50-auto wreck in Orilla claims 1 life, injures several 

ORILLA, ON – A 49-year-old adult passed away, and several sustained injuries in a 50-vehicle wreck that happened on Highway 11 during a snowy Friday morning. 

The collision happened after 9 a.m. on the northbound lanes, CBC said. Authorities closed several northbound and southbound lanes between Coldwater Road and Line 15 in Oro Medonte. Additional insight from Sonny’s Towing said that approximately 8 or 9 towing trucks were also involved. 

Police have not commented on the extent of injuries that were sustained or released the victim’s current condition.
