News: Toronto PD arrests alleged impaired driver after crash along Sherway Gardens Mall 

TORONTO, ON – Toronto Police arrested an alleged impaired driver after a crash that happened along Sherway Gardens Mall on Tuesday.

The single-vehicle crash happened around 1 a.m. in the area of Sherway Gardens Road and Sherway Gate, CTV News reports.

Based on what our team knows so far, it seems the driver of a small gray sedan crashed into a light pole and then fled the scene on foot.

Police apprehended the driver and arrested them, and said they will face impaired driving charges.

No other vehicles were involved.
