News: Woman, man lose lives in 3-auto crash in Elmvale 

ELMVALE, ON – A 77-year-old woman and an 80-year-old man lost their lives, and three others were sent to the hospital after a three-vehicle collision Sunday.

The crash took place before noon on County Road 27, between Flos Road 11 East and Baseline Road, CTV News reports. EMS crews declared the man and woman dead at the scene and took the surviving occupants to separate medical facilities. One person was taken to a trauma centre and the two others to a hospital, who are recovering from non-life-threatening wounds.

Ontario Provincial Police closed the area for several hours for the scene clearance and investigation process.
