Senior Plaintiff Personal Injury Lawyer (Full-Time)

Grillo Law is a personal injury law firm with over 35 years of experience, located in North York.

We specialize in car accident claims, slip and falls, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, catastrophic determinations, product liability, and short-term and long-term disability claims.

We are currently seeking a Senior Plaintiff Personal Injury Lawyer with 8+ years of experience to join our growing practice.

Key Accountabilities:

• Conducting regular file reviews to ensure effective case management
• Drafting documents including opinion letters, pleadings and various applications, facta, and settlement conference memoranda
• Conducting legal research
• Settlement negotiation
• Attending examinations for discovery, mediations, case conferences, motions, appeals, pre-trial conferences, and trials
• Providing strategic advice to clients

Requirements:

• LL.B or JD
• 8+ years’ experience in personal injury law
• Member in good standing with LSO
• Solution and client service oriented
• Ability to independently research and analyze applicable law and matters
