NORTH YORK, ON – One person was injured as a result of a city bus crash in the NewtonBrook area on Tuesday, CTV News reports.
Toronto Police said the collision happened around 8:15 a.m. in the area of Yonge Street and Bishop Avenue. Based on what our team knows so far, it appears the bus crashed into a pole, which left one person with minor injuries.
Four other people were involved in the crash and were evaluated for injuries by Toronto paramedics. Their physical conditions were not disclosed, and officials have not revealed the cause of the crash.
